Computex Taiwan is the leading computer tradeshow in the year. Thanks to its asian location the booths are full of hot show girls in short skirts. TechPowerUp brings you the complete collection with 130 girls - including high-res images.

This has to be one of the best lots in years! Wow, do I sound like a misogynistic perve...

Great yearly review!

God, this is so disgusting. This practice really needs to change.

Imagine a front page review of 100+ photos of barely legal (looking) young men in skimpy outfits.

1. No.
2. You have a very interesting definition of a Thai/Chinese model, and understanding of Asian culture. Consider how that can be interpreted.
3. Only really Thermaltake is keeping the PVC dream alive, which has been the case for a few years, iirc. Most are dressed relatively professional.
4. If the audience for this website was ~90%+ women/gay/not (generalizing) geeks with yellow fever, I would be totally cool with that. Hell, even though it isn't, I would still be fine with that, especially since not only is it not splayed across the homepage, but rather a small icon that I have to choose to explore further. It just so happens that is not the way W1z runs things on his website.
5. It's a unique tradition for TPU that goes back several years, and it is perhaps the only directly non-tech article they post. There is no commentary, and could (and should) be considered part of capturing for posterity the whole of a certain trade show's experience.
6. It's going to be okay.

The one holding the spear ... :)

I have to respectfully disagree with you. Let me reverse-mansplain:
  1. You don't see a review of "professionally dressed women" here. All you have to do is look at the erect dick pic three posts up to understand this. Even if that was sarcasm, its still an subtle acknowledgement of the inherent sexism, whether intentional or not.
  2. The concept of reviewing women (or men) like a new case, cpu, or power supply (much less making the front page) is inherently demeaning and unacceptable under any circumstances regardless of audience demographic or demeanor. Its literally dehumanizing.
  3. Tacitly downplaying this behavior is not okayz under any circumstances.
  4. Just because something is "tradition" does not make it smart or acceptable.

MOAR... :D

NEVER CHANGE THE PRACTICE!

OK we should make a vote... who's the best one :D

I guess you lack the ability to read...

Wow some of these dudes are pretty hot :D

Not my taste, i like a little more curves on mine. But oh well, money is money :X

The word "review" pops up after the title in some links because the site engine assumes all content posted in this section are reviews. I'll add a future fix for this.

Booth babes are part of the tradeshow culture and I consider them an important component and I have tons of respect for them. And oh boy, those girls have to work hard. Stand around all day, annoying professional photographers "here take my card, i'll make you a famous model", annoying normal users "can i have a photo with you plzplz, and your phone number", then random dudes that just want to chat to a hot girl once in their life

that. also a lot of our business contacts at computex really appreciate the article, because they don't have time to go and see the show floor themselves :)

in this review - who wins in "best bang for buck" ?

Best bunch of Booth Babes in years! Thanks W1zz!!

But so little because there is almost nothing to rise adulthood. I've seen much better whores in porn films rather than models here. At the end of the end should be a pedophile! That might have something to do with those kids. And so highly valued companys could be able to find something more mature and beautiful.:pimp:

I can't believe you "whores in porn films". You really need to walk a mile in someone Else's shoes before you get so judgmental.
