So when I login to Steam, I have it selected to get information about games/store sales/discount stuff, etc... sometimes it will pop up with like 7 games, and I can scroll around in the mini window that pops up to see it.
Well sometimes, it will do that same pop up, but it is only one blank black screen... no information at all, nothing to click on, etc. Sometimes that single screen will show a game discount, etc.
It doesn't happen often, once every month maybe. Most of the time it works fine. Just find it annoying sometimes is all. Anyone else ever have this problem, and if so any ideas on how to fix it? Steam itself is it's own entity on my computer, so its not like related to a browser add-on or anything, its literally the Steam app just being lazy sometimes for some reason lol

De-select it & it'll stop popping up from time to time.
