Cooler Master Reveals the MasterCase H500P at Computex 2017

Cooler Master also showcased their more premium MasterCase H500P at Computex 2017, showing a wealth of materials and crafting capability that are seldom seen in other cases. The H500P is set as a reimagining of Cooler Master's HAF series, purpose-built for high airflow. Compared to the HAF series it replaces, the H500P makes use of a trimmer profile. The polygonal frame and 200 mm RGB fans serve as a testament for the high airflow these cases are supposed to deliver, while the polygonal frame gives the case a high quality, 3D-printed exoskeleton look.

at rumoured 140$ price it certainly looks like a nice case to build PC in.

I had a Corsair 600T with 200mm front/top fans and it had terrible air flow. I switched out the stock fans with the Cooler Master 200mm, modded the chassis to remove all of the perforated metal in front of the fan, and it still ran much hotter compared to the Air540 I have now (especially the GPU temps). Perhaps if someone like Noctua or E-Loops produced 200mm fans it would be a different story (or if the fans were bottom mount pointing up), but I was completely turned off by that case. I think it may be due to the low static pressure those fans have, as dust filters basically choke them to death.

Do they want to lower the temperature of the inlet air with negative pressure at the inlet? Fens should be attached to the inside and 25 mm + would greatly help The is no space. Above the fan points at the wrong side. All for appearance .Yes looks nice, but I can not look past the plastic. If that were all made of glass and metal, this would be nice casse. Everything is destined for light show and hide cables behind with no windows somehow lose purpose.

Nice looks, but why include USB 2 on the front, surely 3 and 3.1 are the go to ports required now.

The 200mm fans up front and 90 degree graphics card are the icing on the cake.

^^Exactly^^ wtf is it with all the case mfgr's not wanting to push type C ports on the front I/O panels??? Almost every new mainstream mobo has them on the back panel, and the onboard controllers to drive them, so why not put them where they would be the most useful....

Or at the very least, make it BTO option for a few $$ more...
