When my system goes under load (Furmark etc.) or when I open the games (Dayz etc.) System is shuts down.

*And, The screen stays black until I turn the power supply's button off and on.

*When I touch 24 pin connection cable from the motherboard's side, 3,5,12v channels are changing.

*** For example, if I do not tape it by twisting the 24-pin cable a little and applying pressure, the values decrease too much.

i want to ask you'll

1- PSU 24 pin cable
2- Motherboard 24 pin socket
3- Directly PSU :/

What do you think is the problem?

Can I find the problem definitive by testing with an ammeter?

Stop using Furmark there better programs for benching, heaven, valley and firestrike come to mind.
So everything runs fine until you put a load on the gpu? IE,.... a game or bench marking? Browsing internet and such everything is good? It only crashes and black screens when you put a load on the gpu? I believe the suspect is the gpu because if everything runs fine and surfing the internet is good until you load up the gpu and then your systems craps the bed. Then it is a gpu issue. PSU is second in line, some will say PSU first but I digress. If you have a second gpu or borrow a friends to test in your system to rule out the gpu, go for it. Same with psu.

I tried with another GPU but same. I tried other benchmark softwares but same.

System does not close immediately, I can play 1 or 5 hours but sometimes isn't.

When I look the hwmonitor and hwinf while I play any game, PSU's 3.3 - 5 and 12v rails are very low! And when I touch the 24-pin cable's from the motherboard side rail values changing and I can use.

What's the problem I don't understand. I'm so bored.

**and yes. when i browsing internet etc... everything is normal. but 3,5,12 rails everytime changing!

Take a look: (If I don't touch 24-pin cable the rails are very very low! But I can't hold my hand forever)

Are you sure your 24-pin connector is properly connected to the motherboard and PSU?

The pins in the connector might be loose, make sure they are all pushed in evenly.

And stop twisting it! Those connectors are not meant to be twisted - ever. That likely is creating even more "slop" which allow more crud, oily dust, debris and possibly carbon build up between the contacts. Those connectors should be inserted and removed straight in and out. If you need to do a little wiggling, rock the connector just a tiny bit back and forth along the long length of the connector, holding the cable connector (not the wires).

Clearly, your voltage sensors or something in those circuits are wrong, or your HWMonitor program is incompatible with your board. It happens.

If your +12V was really only 1.088V as seen in that screenshot, the computer would NOT be running.

While it will not help the shutdown issue, look in your BIOS and see what the voltages read at.

Are there any clicks or clunks coming from the PSU upon shutdown?

1. Replace the cable ... mechanical / solder joints fail from "twisting"

2. Use HWiNFO to get actual readings ... or use a meter.

3. When the system fails, what does Windows System Log say ? (Event Viewer / Windows System Log). Look for red error or yellow warning messagfes.

4. A tool is not good or bad ... it's just a question of using the right tool for the particular application. Many utilities don't actually do what many enthusiasts think they do.

a) If you are worried about overclocking stability which is internal to the card itself, use Unigine, 3D Mark whatever.
b) If the concern is a max power issue, you will want to use Furmark
