Just put in an rma for memory I purchased from a member on here, corsiar is going to crossship me memory with another persons newegg reciept. Thats customer service. ALLEN

Well I've never had an RMA case with any of my parts (yet), but good to know if my Corsair PSU fails there won't be that much annoyance.

mrcl: it was a spammer. they are gone now.

I know of a few people who have had corsair PSU units die, but the warranty always came through (and it was random deaths, perhaps a power surge or something)

At least he spammed for something good, and not WoW Gold. Altho spamming is spamming.

The 750W PSU I bought from Paulie still does a perfect job at 24/7 usage, its great.
As far as RAM is concerned, I only own value RAM from them, they do their job.

Good to hear that PSU is still kickin' ass. I kinda regretted selling it after the fact. One of the best I ever owned.

I just thought it was great a company with a warranty on something would warranty it even though your not the original purchaser. They didnt even ask for a reciept. Told them on phone the situation they said make RMA request and put my address on it, ill post how they handle it when it returns. ALLEN

as much as I would have loved to say corsair was great in a RMA experience I cannot do it. Talked with customer service today and they said couldnt get the memory til aug 18 their sorry. Told me last friday aug 7th they would have it monday 11th to ship to me. I told them wassnt a big deal I could buy some cheap memory to keep me going, they said dont bother we will get it to you. now guess I shouldnt be me and throw flames on a fire, but I did, I would have never expected this but look ~~ http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=411986&posted=1#post411986

it would vary based on location and the modules. i mean if the ram thats being RMA'd has only been on the market 6 months and its got a 2 year warranty, they may not need to ask.

Dont forget that for americans logitech kicks ass, for aussies its support is completely zero. and i mean nothing. The same may be true for various regions (UK, europe... etc)

well corsair cant keep from lieing to me, im calling this morning to see if the memory is shipped witch I doubt, tech guys over at corsiar.com are great but the customer service sux big bannanas. I truly thought this was going to be a flawless RMA. Guess noone can keep up with neweggs customer support. I agree mussels Logitech was good 2 :laugh:
