cpu is not using my gpu to the max in the game carX Street

My rtx 4070 is today,right now, only used 50-60% and when i have cpu-z open i have 4100 mhz and it boost all the time to around 5330mhz

Not playing i get around 4166mhz and it boost 5135mhz, most of the time above 5000

Is the game still not optimized good enough ?

It's not running with 100 fps at max or close to max settings in 1440p, i could have atleast 50% more fps or something like +40 fps if the gpu was running in the 90's

User could just get on youtube or their favorite webbrowser and find carx problems and fixes.

There's CarX Drift, and the name CarX Street starts its life as a F2P smartphone game, and that muddies the search a bit.
But yes, I'm convinced that the game is very badly optimized and there's very little on user side to improve the situation.

Gotta have a look to see how it runs on my rig tonight. IIRC it was 4K Ultra at a maximum of 110fps and an average of 90~100fps, but the graphic is pretty potato and it was a month ago. I didn't check the GPU usage %, but it was pulling 100% of power limit on my 7900XTX.

EDIT: I just did a short session in game. In 4K (as ultra as possible, SSAA) In race GPU usage is more like 85%~90%, and GPU TBP is at ~340W, instead of 360W.
On free roam, GPU utilization is 92~93%, and GPU TBP is always 360W.
Frame rate is similar to what I said before.
At 4K high it is more like 125fps, with similar usage.
At 4K medium it can go 175fps, with GPU utilization at ~85% and TBP is 320~340W.
Didn't check CPU core usage.

I guess high detail = more CPU load = more bottleneck. And NVIDIA high-ish end cards do much better in efficiency in this game.
If you really want higher FPS try medium, I guess.
