Cpu Overheating Problem

I m using core temp. the cooler is right attached.


I m using Stock Athlon x2 250 fan.The cap on the CPU is fine. no problem


25-30C
I m using cooler master mastergel regular
Coretemp should be good, but try HWinfo64 as well to see if the results are a software error

This doesnt look right - looks like the metal has caught on the hook instead of going past it

I already cleaned the dust while applying thermal paste.
I haven't cleaned it for a month. That's why it's dusty
That's not a month's worth of dust. Some of it is caked into your CPU cooler, and the layer on your GPU is so thick that you can't even see what colour the PCB is anymore. That doesn't happen even in a year. Clean it with some compressed air, and report back. ;) Also, follow @Mussels's advice, and check if your cooler is mounted properly.
