CPU overheating

We are still at the same place, just treading water (pun intended). You need to try a different cooling solution. If still over heating with a different cooler, you might have a faulty CPU.
Agreed almost any cooler at all will get lower then 89 at idle. Trying a different cooler is the easiest way to diagnosis this!

So i get rid of the bubble if I place it in side mount instead

Best bet is to have the hoses at the top of the block so air will not get trapped in the block. The best way to mount a AIO is hoses up on block, radiator mounted vertical with hoses at bottom and at least a quarter of the radiator being higher than the CPU block. This mounting orientation will cause any and all air within the AIO to collect at the top of the radiator away from the hoses so it can't get in the water block and create a hot spot.

I'd still go top in/out mounted.

Top mounted is good too.

No I haven’t but I will try it because one of the hoses is warm and the other isn’t

Side mount is fine, if there is air in the system lay the computer on it's side while running, that should move any bubbles from the pump/ block.
(the hoses on my block are on the bottom and I've never had an issue)

I had a dead pump aio and it doeant get that hot immediately. It will take a while and heavy load to reach temps that high. There seems to be no contact.

+1 to trying a new cooler.
