I am planing to upgrade my CPU water block and i would like to read some opinions from you guys about this one that I found

EK makes great blocks and other WC gear.

I would also suggest Heatkiller, they make some great products.
 
One of the best water block (if not THE best) out there along with the Watercool Heatkiller 3.0. I have the older Ek Supreme and the temps are very good.
 
It's a good block... but I doubt there's any need for the gold unless it's for aesthetic reasons. The copper version would be just as good.
