not really looking to spend tons of cash. Only reason i would upgrade my board is because if I can could sell my current one it would only end up costing me about $30~$40 to upgrade.

Yeah you seem to be in a good spot right now, and a newer board is definitely an option while retaining your CPU/RAM etc. also 4830's in CF seem to be a sweetspot of their own, much like 4770's.
