I just purchased a 1080 TI and plan on gaming in 4k 60fps and will play in VR. I also have a multi monitor setup as well. Is it possible with my current build or is my CPU a bottleneck?

Also if you have recommendation on what CPU I should upgrade to let me know.

You'll be able to play just fine at 4K with your system and GTX 1080. The main factor here is the graphics card, not the CPU.

EDIT: I've got a GTX 1080 too. Welcome to the club. :D
