Features a clear 16" WQXGA 2560x1600 240 Hz SRGB 100% display with 14th Gen Intel Core Mobile Processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics. Also has a mechanical RGB Backlit keyboard for a pleasant tactile typing experience. This model gives you the best of the Edge and Gaming models, such as 14th Gen Intel Mobile Processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics, in a smaller, thinner package. A minimalistic design keeps things lightweight and portable. A 180-degree hinge on the screen allows the laptop to lay completely flat for ultimate viewing flexibility. When are these companies going to realize that what will excite the market will be APU based laptops for less than $600.

I think there still exists a certain "stigma" surrounding APUs, which is undeserved. APUs aren't what they used to be (Llano and Trinity, etc.) and I would argue to be the better solution for gaming laptops, especially the thin ones that, for whatever reason, are obsessed with trying to cram in as much over-powered crap as possible in an effort to cater to the e-peen chasers, yet they don't bother to put enough effort into figuring out how to properly cool said over-powered crap, which then results in the dreaded "spicy pillow" aka bloated battery (looking at you Razer)

I'm going to be completely honest...I really don't understand the point of a gaming laptop with a halo-class CPU and GPU and/or a 4K, bazillion Hz refresh rate screen, and whatever else. Like...I just don't? It's especially pointless if you already have a rig that does everything you could ask for, and is truly upgradeable.

I guess what I'm trying to say, rather long windedly, is that APUs need to be in more gaming laptops. Not only would they help bring the cost down, they'd also probably run a helluva lot cooler inside such a cramped chassis.
