If somebody can help me Thanks......

What other ram dividers do you have available?

memory controller resides in chipset, what volts are you giving the memory controller?

memory 1.9 v and chipset 1.5v

Is there an option enable the memory's EPP in bios?

There area few things that can lead to this...memory controller may not be up to it, timings, or voltage. But because you are realyl pushing the high-end limits of that chipset, I'm afraid that your combo may just plain old not work.

ok but the motherboard support fsb 2000 and ddr3 2000 or i need an a update to the bios

Although the motherboard "supports" that speed, doesn't mean it will ever actually run it. All it means is that the bios should have built-in support...not that the hardware is capable. But activation of those bios settings does require specific parts(ie, SLI memory profiles).

If you want it completely honest, that board on supports 2 specific modules @ 2000, Crucial BL2KIT12864BE2009 and OCZ OCZ3N2000SR2GK PC3 16000, and even then, it's not guaranteed. I do not beleive you have either of those kits, so I think you might be out of luck, as the only other two OCZ-branded sets that that board works well with are OCZ3N1800SR2GK PC3 14400 and OCZ3N1800SR4GK PC3 14400. You can find a full support list here:

Also, note that this board's chipset only supports 1066/1333 memory speeds 100%, all other speeds require certified memory, and are nothing more than overclocks.
