MX4 does not work very well or for very long when applied direct die to some mobile CPUs. Some users have reported that it can quickly pump out. Try using a different paste like Noctua NT-H2.

When you decide to set the MSR PL1 and PL2 power limits to 80W, that is going to create a lot more heat that your Dell G15 laptop was not designed to handle. Clear the Lock box in the Power Limit Controls section, reboot to unlock your laptop and try using some lower power limits. Start with default values like 45W.

The Dell G15 series run hot. It is hard to fix a laptop that was originally designed with barely adequate cooling.

Attach a log file so I can see how your laptop is running during games.

The log file shows that your temperatures are fine. The problem is that your CPU is being fully utilized. The C0% data shows 95% to 100%. That means a 4 core 10200H mobile CPU that you are trying to run at 3300 MHz is not enough computing power for the game or apps you are trying to run on it. You need a more powerful computer. When a CPU is maxed out like this, you might experience random stutters and freezes.

Do not check Disable Turbo and set Speed Shift Max back to the recommended value, 41. Slowing the CPU down could be making things worse.

Open the Task Manager and find out what is running on your computer. You might be able to get rid of some background apps so there are more CPU cycles left over to run your games smoothly. Are you running Discord?

I have the Ryzen version of your laptop (5515) with a R5 5600H. The CPU portion runs toasty (I see temps that approach 90C), although the GPU (mine has the 3050M) runs quite cool. I have not repasted my laptop, it's as it came from the factory. I know you might not like the noise, but if you want to push your system, you need to download Alienware Control Center, toggle the G mode and max out the fan speed on both sides. You should also ensure that your laptop is getting air intake in the bottom, best to use it on a cooling pad. I've been gaming on mine docked for the past 3 months, driving it as hard as I usually drive my desktop. It made it through well.

Good luck!

when i set it to 41 it goes 95+
and the limits begins to appear

Did you look in the Task Manager for background tasks that are running?

If you have to slow your CPU down to prevent it from overheating then I do not know how to solve this problem. It looks like 4 core CPUs are not enough for some games if you have too much stuff running in the background.

No only discord and spotify only 4% is occupied

If you do not have an excessive number of background tasks then we are back to what I posted earlier.

Some games are poorly optimized. If game developers are using much faster 8 or 16 or 24 core desktop CPUs, they will not waste their time optimizing their code so it runs smoothly on a 4 core mobile CPU.

If you can, check the Task Manager Details tab while the game is running. Does it show the game using up all of the CPU cycles or maybe something else starts up when you start the game and it is causing the high CPU usage problem.

No adjustments in ThrottleStop can solve the problem when the CPU is being fully loaded to 100%.

ok ,but what is the best settings for the tpl

If your cooling cannot cool an 80W CPU then do not set your power limits so high. Only you can decide what works best for your laptop.
