I put my card back to stock on all settings, in CSGO my card will hit 97c and throttle then fan will kick up to max.
If i run a custom fan profile i will stay under 83c but it's crazy loud. I am able to give it a good respectable overclock and only increase power limit to 110% realistically if a game demands more GPU grunt, but the noise is phenominal.
To put this in comparison to something else, my GeForce GTX 480 reference card was way quieter and easier to keep cool.
The card is fully clean and has a MX-4 application done on it, but nothing fixes it.
Did EVGA send out a bad batch?
Hottest and loudest card i have ever owned, but not a slow card.
My custom profile.
