I've been out of the loop over the last years, which is an eternity for computer hardware. What kind of IC's are in the CAS 6 2000 sticks?

Id imagine the ones I linked are PSC due to the +2 timings. If they were Hypers I would have expected straight 6 timings.

or bbse the timings and speed seem on par for nicely binned elpidias

I figured PSC due to the sheer volume and the fact that OCZ is known to only use the good ICs on the 1st couple of revisions;)

My Geil Ultras are supposedly high binned bbse IC's. I can't hit better than 1600 at CAS 6. :wtf:

my Geils weren't all that impressive either. Worked ok at the 2133 setting but were flaky at best.
