Disable DB PROCHOT but not other power-saving measures

I've got a Dell 7050M (micro form factor) which has decided to fail with DB PROCHOT. Changing the laptop style 130W power supply doesn't seem to fix it, so suspect a bad sensor... damn.

ThrottleStop is awesome for bringing it back to full speed, but my PC is on 24/7 and now doesn't throttle down at all. Not great with the current price of energy!

Is there a simple mode to disable DB PROCHOT signals but leave everything else alone? Thanks!

BD PROCHOT and your computer throttling down when it is lightly loaded have nothing to do with each other. Use the Windows Balanced power plan or the Windows Power Saver power plan if you want your CPU to throttle down.

What does ThrottleStop report for C0% when your computer is idle at the desktop?

Intel CPUs are not designed to throttle down if there is a pile of stuff constantly running in the background.

Post some screenshots of your ThrottleStop settings including the main window and the FIVR window that show this problem you are having.
