underclock is not Tweak :D

Yes it is? Anything you do with that GPU is tweaking, regardless, even though an underclock shouldn't harm stability, it can because it screws with Nvidia's power states.

hhhmmmm looks like with the Orginal GPU BIOS it is not working:

On Sun 14.08.2016 08:45:51 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\081416-6140-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys (nvlddmkm+0x9BCAC)
Bugcheck code: 0x119 (0x1, 0x4383, 0x4395, 0xFFFFFFFF8D584008)
Error: VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys
product: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 353.62
company: NVIDIA Corporation
description: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 353.62
Bug check description: This indicates that the video scheduler has detected a fatal violation.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 353.62 , NVIDIA Corporation).
Google query: NVIDIA Corporation VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

Any suggestion ??

I change to the 355 Driver but then i don't get this Error above. But my old Friend "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" is back.

How about underclock again ??
