the box its gone, when i asking whats this model he said it was ati radeon 120, anyone can figure what model of this gpu? pls tell me thx:)

That looks like a DMS-59 connector, used to provide dual display outputs on low profile cards in the days before DP and HDMI proliferation.

Plenty of cheap adapters on Ebay.

any idea?

It's the same card as the AMD Radeon HD 3450 256MB but the card you have is targeted at the workstation segment.

Your better off using the Raven Ridge Vega 8 iGPU.

From TPU's GPU database.

without a close up of the circular port (please provide)
it could be for connecting a SVHS Cable

It be ok as a test card
Yeah, a slot-powered GPU can be very handy for troubleshooting. Quick and easy to install, plug-and-play compatible, yet with a reasonably modern output (DVI can easily be adapted to HDMI after all).
