Display Signals Randomly and Frequently Dropping

Hey, everyone. I'm having some serious issues with my brand new HP Omen 30L GT13-0xxx Series Gaming Desktop. Randomly, when playing any game, full screen, my HP Monitor ( X24ih) will go black and display a message, stating that it has lost the input signal. This only happens when I'm gaming and there seems to be no predicting when it will happen. My setup is less than a month old and over the last week, the frequency has increased. I'm still under warranty but I want to see if it's something I can address, before sending it off and waiting God knows how long.

I have tried a lot of things, including:
-Unseating and Reseating the RAM cards
-Unseating and reseating the GPU
-Cleaning every single component with air flow
-Uninstalling and Reinstalling my Drivers
-Adjusting my 3-D settings to be program-specific, instead of general Global settings
-Reverting to older versions of my gaming drivers
-Checking my temps ( all within completely normal range)
-Setting my GPU as my Primary Display Adapter
-Tried it out on a different monitor, with no issues and no crashes

All this brings me to another question, of whether or not there could be something going on with my monitor? Surely, a brand new monitor wouldn't so easily and suddenly go to hell, could it?
I know "enough" about computers to get by but I don't know many advanced topics, so forgive me if my questions sound dumb.
Also; my monitor advertises 144Hz but it's suggested is 60, according to the monitor's menu settings. What's up with that? I really appreciate your help and patience.

One more thing: I've tried both HDMI and DP, with similar results.
Edit: I Tried benchmarking and on Ultra, temps never went above 82 C

That's just the monitor firmware displaying BS. I suggest you try another cable. I've been having very good luck with DisplayPort.

Interestingly, the issues started when I was using a DisplayPort Cable and even persists with the HDMI cable that came with my gaming monitor (HP X24ih). Would they have given me a low-quality cable, since it was factory-issue? I appreciate your response, by the way.

I have an HP Omen 25, which is 1920x1080 with 144 Hz. (also a TN)
