Update: To those that did not receive your hard drives

I will not be able to reply here on the forum as i am not on very often(mainly due to the lack of computer at home)

I am very sorry that this happened.

I will be paying back people that did not receive their items via Paypal starting around mid November of this year

I will be paying off the Paypal account that is in the hole, that should take care of most of the people that have been affected

If there was any trades that went bad please email me at the email listed below and we will work this out.

After that anything that is left will be handled on a First in, First out basis, this means that the first person that made a purchase and did not receive his or her items will be the first to be refunded... this will go on until I run out of money... then it will have to wait till my next pay check



If you would like to take me to civil court, I will be willing to send you a letter claiming responsibility for what happened. I will also supply you with up to date contact info, this should make the process of suing me go much smoother for you.


Any and all questions can be sent to the email I have posted at the bottom of this message

either way I will need proper contact information for anyone involved, this includes the following:

Name
Home address (as it appears on Paypal)
Email
forum where you made the purchase
screen name on forum

They should have already been refunded if you lost a dispute.

from what i understand paypal just pulled my account in the hole and never refunded the money to the the buyers :confused: who knows...


either way if you paid thru paypay you will get refunded when i bring that account positive

if you did not pay thru paypal you will be refunded thru my paypal (or maybe thru my buddies paypal)

So there is currently a dispute between two members here (copenhagen69 & Fitseries3). Apparently it was on a trade where copenhagen69 sent Fitseries the item, but never recieved the item from Fitseries3. Private messages have gone unanswered. I will allow copenhagen69 to post in this thread the details.

I contacted fits about his trade thread here : [FT] FITS: gtx470 to FOLDERs

We worked out a deal starting October first when our first PM's were exchanged ...

I shipped my card out nov 3 and he said he would have his shipped out nov 4th

nothing showed up within a few days and so I pmed him ... nothing ... pmed him a few more times before I finally got a response. He was busy with work. Said he has postage ready and it would go out the next day around nov 9th. still nothing a few days later and i PMed him since nothing had arrived. He said he would overnight it via fedex on the 12th. well now it is the 18th ... no answers of PM's except 1 to say he was busy. By now I think I have sent about 15 PMs to his 3-4 ...


need to know anything else?
I just want this resolved!

I'm currently in the middle of a disupute with Sladesurfer, he came back and posted a for sale thread forgetting that he scammed me a few years ago.


will provide updates as it goes along - he's suddenly stopped posting on the forum, now that i've accused him.

On 4th February, I made a status update on facebook, and aCid replied to it. I replied to the update twice with no reply, then sent him a message through facebook, telling him he's got 24 hours before I take it to trade dispute. I also sent him the same PM through TPU and also left him a visitor message there.
He hasn't replied to any of those messages in over 24 hours.
Any info on how this can be resolved from either party or otherwise, please PM myself or another moderator from the B/S/T forum.

At this point i'm going to suggest that people avoid trading with mmm995 aka dunieK, as there is still no contact from him.

Ever since then, I've tried contacting him via PM on TPU, IM's on GTalk, texted his phone # once and attempted calling him just minutes ago. He has not responded, answered or replied to anything in the last few days and it's frankly getting to the point that I have a bad feeling about the situation and it seems Fits has gone shady. If he ripped me off for $190, then I'll set up a PP dispute and start making phone calls. If he shipped it w/o a tracking number, lying to me a couple times and ignoring me all week just pissed me off. I don't know what the deal is, but I'm at my wits end. I used to consider the guy a friend.

How this all even started was Saturday I hop on GTalk, ask him to take a look at my new build thread as my last PC was sold to a co-worker/buddy who had to have it and put cash in my hand. Gave me a reason to upgrade. Then he said he had a p55 board and 4gb of ddr3 that'd work out for me (have this in GTalk logs as well0, I mulled it over and told him I'd do it. Things seemed somewhat normal then, but since then he's made 0 effort to try and get me a tracking number or calm my nerves. I trusted the guy, now I want something done or at least a damn response.

He has FS thread with some high dollar items right now, if he's pulling this shit with me, who knows what he'll do to other TPU members.

Please let me know what you guys can do, I've tried everything short of full on harassment. At this point I regret buying used from Fits, and should've just went with another option. I checked the USPS delivery today, no show. UPS and Fed Ex still have a couple hours or so. Either way, the package is late, no tracking number that was promised, no response of any kind for days. I held up my end and sent him the money, and now I'm furious.

Thanks for your time, and let me know if you need chat logs, attempted contact times/dates, the number he gave me last year when we were better friends that I tried calling and texting, etc.

Update: Kursah has received a tracking number for his items. Fits states there was a glitch in the initial shipment which caused a delay, and was not available to communicate with Kursah due to personal issues. Looks like things are being worked out.

Having trouble with the user Th0rn0.

He sold a PSU which seemed fine at first, but then displayed issues. Has not been responding to contact from the buyer (cheesy999), or from me to check if the item still has warranty.

Had a report about 'evlsnowman' not shipping goods, and failing to respond to PM's.


This may yet be a misunderstanding, but posting this up as information to anyone currently trading with him.
