Personally... I think you are wasting your tie with the 1/2" barbs.

It is coming out at 3/8"... going larger after that is not going to help any

Not to mention the cooling differances between the two is very minimal. Plus 3/8" is a lot easier to run.

Other than that... its looking like a good setup

The 3/8 to 1/2 the guy is giving them to me for free and every other thing comes with 1/2" barbs so i am going to do that it would cost me more to buy 3/8" because it already comes with the 1/2".

If you want to convert completely to 1/2" fittings, you can buy this replacement top for your pump. http://www.petrastechshop.com/peddcudeddcp.html

d44ve also has an Alphacool Top for sale (that I really, really want. lol), that will accept the 1/2" fittings as well. I plan to go one of these 2 routes, myself, for no other reason than better pump head pressure on the cheap.

looks good man. The 1/2 in hosing is huge but should be fine with that pump. Ideally in a watercooling setup you want more volume than pressure so the 1/2 in tubing will achieve that quite well.
Couple more good things to remember:

Just make sure you plan the hosing well as it is quite large diameter and fills up even a large case quickly. Also make sure that you don't (well try) not to trap your vcard in there behind all the hoses, guaranteed you will have to remove it for some reason if you do. :)

Dont forget to let it run for a good 24hrs with power unplugged to make sure there are no leaks in the system when you are finished.

Make the loop so that the cpu is getting the coolest water possible. eg. pump - cpu - rad - res - pump. (just an example, you can have it in different order depending on the case/space etc.

Make it so that you can still get to vital parts of the mb, eg. cmos jumper, ram etc...

Make it so that it can be removed/serviced once in a while.

Hope some of those suggestions help man. Its good fun having wc and it looks wicked too. :rockout:
