Dont see sli option in nvidia control panel

Just move my 2x3090 from amd rig which works fine with sli to intel z690 apex rig and i dont see sli option in the panel. Windows detects both card and both cards run at x8 in the bios. What is going on? Thanks.
 
Reinstall the OS? What about bios settings?
 
Os is fine I believe. Turn to default bios setting and it still does not show sli option.
 
This is a known issue among the ASUS Z690 series. It appears ASUS forgot to include SLI certification in the BIOS.

Looks like asus let their head swell.

Os is fine I believe. Turn to default bios setting and it still does not show sli option.
Put in a support ticket to Asus and also the Asus/ROG forums
 
Thanks it works now. Cant believe high end mobo and does not have it support at the first place.
 
Why would it? The cost of an SLI license simply isn't worth it anymore given most end users won't use such an outdated an antiquated technology
