The question is the same as the title, what drivers can I update on my computer and which are the most effective, I just want to be running my computer to its max potential

Whatever the company gives you I suppose. You don't list any components so we can't really answer the question the the way I think you want it.

if its not broke dont fix it is best policy. if you insist on driver updates, look at all the ones youve installed in the past and see if there are updates for them, install those first, install Latest Direct X Library, then Install the video driver
