dwm.exe keep consuming my GPU

Recently from few weeks I hear my GPU fans work like 2000+ RPM while I am in Windows I checked the process and found dwm.exe take 30% of the GPU for few seconds then stop !! I checked the file with virus total but found nothing. What is this problem ?

download DDU and the latest GPU driver.
unplug your LAN and boot into safe mode without network (hold shift while pressing restart and follow the steps to reboot into safe mode)
start DDU, let it uninstall and reboot and then install the latest driver again.
Reboot and reconnect to the internet and then check if it's still happening.
 
I am not understanding the point of your screenshot. If you add all those up, you don't even get 600KB (kilobytes) of resources being used.

Desktop Window Manager is a GPU whore on 10 &11, and on laptops it also loved to get swapped between integrated and discreet which causes stuttering.


It's a MS problem, easiest way to eliminate it is to change all windows "aero/peek/etc" features off and force it to use only iGPU.
