Now does that not say they went bankrupt?

FIVE years ago, and the very next sentence says they're working on getting it going again. There is no second, current bankruptcy as some people claimed. And that is what I reported, as did someone else.

You said "the claims that they're bankrupt are not true" you never said past or current, the claims are true even if they are from 2018.

I hope they do get back up and runnin, the Case Labs cases are probably some of the best ever made. Just hope they are more affordable now and not boutique prices.

And it is a new guy running the game isn't it? Last I saw he was trying to piece everything together since all part numbers were mixed up.

Did he buy the right to the patterns off the original owner? So technically it is "new" case labs and not the original?

I really don't know for sure, was just going by the thread at OCN. As far as I know this is not the original owner, and things were jumbled up on purpose by the original owner for reasons you can probably surmise on your own..

My bad. I shouldn't have contracted the subject and be verb since that would've demonstrated that I was writing about present-day rumors of a second bankruptcy.

I'm not sure they are up and running for the second time yet, so would be a shocker if they had gone bankrupt.

They are in process of restarting Case Labs. No clear idea when they'll start offering products again AFAIK.

Opinion based on facts and logic, but tastes may vary

The only catch is you need to be tidy on your cable management

Been kicking myself for a few months I didn't immediately buy one that came up for US $10.
Early P3 before revision making it a fully capable testbench.
