CPU-Z says SK Hynix. Is that a bad thing? Is that RAM chip manufacturer considered bad here?

It also reports single-rank, which doesn't sound bad to me.

I got it resolved, the RAM was just bad.

Wouldn't run at rated speeds, wouldn't run stock with both sticks in, replacing it fixed everything. Corsair Vengeance is crap lol
