Can you post a picture of the FIVR window? I like setting the Non Turbo Ratio in the FIVR window to a value of 1.

For the EDP throttling problem, open the TPL window and try setting the PP0 Current Limit to the max, 1023. I would also check the MMIO Lock box near the top right of the TPL window.

Performance looks pretty good overall. In the FIVR window I have the turbo ratio limits set to 36, 35, 34, 34 and the Overclock box is checked. That gives me maximum performance for my 4700MQ.

You still need to check the Overclock box in the FIVR window. You can also overclock the Cache Ratio to 36.

The moment i checked the Overclock box in the FIVR window the laptop won't respond till i shut him down

Your offset voltage is set too aggressively. If you want to overclock, first set your offset voltages back to their default values of +0.0000. You should be able to check the Overclock box without your computer locking up. If that works, you can start trying to find a stable voltage setting again. Maybe -50 mV instead of -95 mV will be stable. You do not have to set the core and cache offset voltages equally.
