EGS App Issues

EGS started having server side issues yesterday that impacted majority of services. Vast majority of PvP $$$ earners broken is one thing. EGS app shows I have no games installed without error code or any reason to suspect issues on my end. Logging out and back in did nothing. [Edit: Reinstalled app to no effect.]

Anyone else having issues today?

No problems here. I even rebooted the launcher to check do I get any problems, but nope.

Benchmark Scores (My Windows daily driver is a Beelink Mini S12. I'm not interested in benchmarking.)
Working fine for me. My EGS app is in the midst of downloading a large update to one of my games as I type this.

And I started this download around 8am PDT. My network is slow and I'm throttling the download to half speed but there have been no interruptions to the connection to Epic's servers.

It's also fine here. I tend to buy games from Epic nowadays due to their cashback rewards program and/or to avoid having to deal with Steam Input. Got Horizon Forbidden West from EGS as I have the original there as well.

Did the file shuffling to reconnect local files with their system.

First game verifies and shows as installed.
Reboot and reopen app, still good.
Reopen app again to verify second game - first game no longer installed.

Support request forwarded. Nothing more I can do until their server is willing to recognize my account.
