That same as 109R1212H1011 only speed control. 2600 RPM 120x120x38... They not produce 10 years or more, made for Intel servers when products were better quality.

Successor are 9G1212H1011 Ribless and 9G1212H101 ribbed.
If someone like 120x120x38 that's good choice.
Before Gentle Typhoon, CORSAIR ML120, NF-A12x25 PWM these fans ruled and still some people like them more.
They are made in Japan.

This is most beautiful 120x120x38mm fan on market. Aluminum Fan...:D
I would like to keep them on 1800 RPM but that's not possible...

Someone to mod them to spin 1500-2500 Max I would remove NF-A12x25 PWM from case and installed them on radiator.

Near-empty ATX cases with insane amounts of spare space inside.

What's dumber is most of them don't even have front facing I/O ports despite having that sheer amount of spare space available. This trend of sacrificing useful ergonomics for questionable aesthetics is stupid.

Also, I have seen firsthand about new PC builders who care a lot more about their RGBs than getting the most performance for their budget.

That's new sick tradition. Before RGB show up I could immediately to recognize model of motherboard, memory, how much someone spent for computer.
It was obvious that inside is motherboard worth 500$. Now I don't know nothing, everything is shine, 150$ worth motherboard full of LEDs as motherboard worth 600$... cheap steal cases, aluminum is not important any more. Manufacturers found solution to decrease production cost of everything to the absurd and to cover that and force customers to spend higher price then before.

RGB will not see mine computer, except if GPU and Motherboard have lights then shine one color constantly.
Because of that Apple Mac Pro 2019 look like great refresh from rotten and ugly PC hardware market where exceptions are extremely rear.
Everything start with RGB and cheap watercooling manufactuturers and stuff both from Aliexpress and similar sites who sell strictly and only stuff produced in China.

Planter Earth would attack China to defend self from poison and junks. But Planet Earth no military.
With military and possibility to decide Planet Earth would dig up war axe against Republic China because both of them can't survive in same time, not on longer period.
