I'm borrowing this game from my friend. Does anyone know how i can install it?

It's saying the product key is in use. (It wants to install steam before it installs the game)

It's the same game, just on a different computer, should i get his steam account in order to play it.

If so thats a bit personal.

Anyone know how i can just play this game. Or install it

I just read the Cd and it says do not lend. Thats messed up, my friend and i share games, we're the ones that keep the industry going, my mate say's it good then I will buy it ect. I can't even test this game. I know total war are awesome, and i have a lot of respect for the producers.
They shouldn't be so stringent with their games.
