Unable to Rollback to previous BIOS versions because ID changed to 10DE 2489
All BIOS in VGA Bios Collections are 10DE 2486 causing ID mismatch error in nvflash

- Used nvflash_5.715
- Used nvflash --protectoff
- and nvflash -6 bios.rom

Tried with nvflash64_patched_5.590.0 from https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-nvflash-with-board-id-mismatch-disabled/
but it does not even recognize my GPU

If someone have a stock BIOS please share it with me, but I guess I will have to modify VBIOS files

Here are 4 BIOSes for 10DE 2489, just choose Unverified Uploads in the GPU Brand colume

Rebar can cause issues in some titles, it was nasty with the ghost recon games for a while.
Simply disable reBAR in your systems BIOS, and its off.

What driver are you on?
Are you using a PCI-E extender?
(Why do new people never, ever fill out their system specs when asking for help...)
Forgot to say that I have already reinstalled windows and rolled back motherboard BIOS, so no more resizable Bar option

That one 94.04.6B.00.9A is the same that EVGA Precision X1 installed on my GPU and caused all this trouble, unfortunately it does not give an option to save a backup before doing it.
I'm starting to think my GPU is in a 2486 instead of 2489 compatible model

This ID difference seems to be entirely down to the newer one being LHR.
GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (LHR) - GA104-202 (PCI Device ID: 2489)
GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - GA104-200 (PCI Device ID: 2486)

This ID difference seems to be entirely down to newer one being LHR.
I think that too, because the guy with who I swapped my old RX5700 for this RTX3060 Ti one told me that the reason for it was because it didn't work for mining

Thats why you cant find the right BIOS then, you need to get the ones for the LHR card

I really, really doubt your issue is the new BIOS and you've approached from the wrong angle: you had a driver issue, as windows saw it as a new card and something installed incorrectly
