5000 points in that benchmark isn't really that far off.

Also, if you're running NV drivers at the same time as the ATI drivers, that could be an issue as well. (Not sure, but a possibility) I generally DDU each driver set before installing another one. Even from the same manufacturer.

Are you running Omega or ATI drivers for the 3850 AGP? Try the Omega vs ATI and see how that plays out.

I always DDU between cards for a fresh driver install. I forget the version.. only found one that works consistently. Irritatingly I can't get into safe mode as get a generic blue screen each time so do it from Windows after running the driver package uninstaller. Not ideal
