So perhaps the site is down due to traffic.

Or perhaps putting the site offline was part of the plan.

We can only speculate.

Site's back on. For me at least. But the timer's definitely reset.

Gotta search what that morse is saying now... Anyone knows morse here? :)

Apparently the Morse code decodes to:

"Calling all stations, calling all stations, calling all stations. This is Overseer of Vault 119. Emergency. Unknown enemy. SOS SOS SOS. Vault 119. Quabbin. 7667. SOS SOS SOS. Vault 119. Quabbin. Enemy unkno-"

I can't remember what it said but the second pic is enciphered using a Vigenere Cipher with "Vault Tec" as the key--I believe a standard table layout. It references the Institute and heading to "Black Row".

Edit: That keyword cannot be it, I must have read incorrect information somewhere, trying to crack it myself but my Cryptoanalyst skills are weak.

KVNGR = Vigenere Encryption
REV ALPHA = Reverse Alphabetical
PPS VT = Passphrase Vault Tec

The message reads: “THE INSTITUTE IS SEALED. THEY WON’T HELP US I’M HEADING TO BLACK ROW. -TBNLS 5120-”

EDIT: For the record I spent like 2 hours (off and on at work) trying to crack that not knowing the first 5 segments told you everything you needed to know... I was wondering why I worked the key out to something insane like UKVUMMNU lol.

They'd just need to hire some writers from Boston. The hard part would be to get enough good voice actors to pull it off!

I meant Bethsoft can't do dialouge that good. All the dialouge they do is literally worse than that in every sense of the word, not matter the subject. Insert Tood Howard saying "awesumhe" and "immershun" now and then for the complete picture.
 
Yeah, I'm sure you're right. They would probably keep their own writers and wouldn't do something as smaht as bringing in some writers with a Bahstun background!
