I bought my 920 through Ebay last year and it clocks great! 4ghz @ 1.27V / 4.1@1.29V / 4.2ghz 1.35V

Just a quick question....I see you mentioned you were water cooling the 920 - Are you using the Corsair H50 from the rig in your system specs to cool the 920?

No. Its a custom water cooling loop. The XSPC Rasa RS240

alright, no worries then. If you were I would have suggested to upgrade to a H70 - a H50 wont cool an overclocked 920 very well, and an air cooler would probably be a fair bit better. H70 is more on par with current premium air coolers but the H70 is a premium in itself often costing twice as much as a premium air cooler.

Have you tried dropping the ram a full speed and then over-clocking the cpu via fsb?

So say its rated 1600mhz run it at 1066mhz and oc the cpu fia fsb so your ram is running around 1333mhz (also relax the timings), that way you KNOW the ram is not being stressed and may be able to rule out the ram as the issue.

Tried that. Ran RAM at 1066, and tried OC'ing BCLK, but couldn't go beyong 150 even with voltage bumps.

H50 has been know to cool almost the same as a H70 in alot of tests, The H50 with a nice Push/Pull setup in a well ventilated case will work on a 920 at atleast 1.32v and below.

This is with 2 fans on the H50 and H70 not with the single stock fan

Hmm, and its crashing at stock anyway. Does it crash if you let it run prime @ stock w/1066?

In either case It sounds like you may need a different mobo or i7 in order to find out where the lemon is.

Here are the CPU-Z screenshots with everything at stock. I reset BIOS, and didn't touch a thing.

Why is the CPU running at 133x21 and not 133x20?

With everything at stock, I'll try running P95 blend test.

P95 has been running blend test for the past 15min successfully. Temp on no core goes above 53deg. Gonna run a quick memtest in windows, and then update BIOS.

I personally would update the bios first. you may be stable now but somthing may change later on if its a faulty bios

Just moments after I made this post, BSOD stating 'Unrecoverable HW error'. What say? Faulty memory?

I'd say memory.... try using 1 stick at a time then add another.. I had this problem and currently run with 5Gb!

rum memtest from boot, not on windows, ull get proper results in boot. had the same problem on my system where i kept getting bsods even at stock clocks, the ram was finished.

This is most certainly a memory issue as others have said. DON'T rely of the windows version of memtest either, it is junk for DDR3. Run Memtest86+ off a bootable drive. That will give you errors within a couple of passes, if there is anything wrong with the sticks. Also, you should test each stick independently.
