I think you people might like this.

This application can remap mouse buttons for ANY mouse to ANY key or sequence of keys or many predefined operations like "Lock Workstation"

I just tested it on my work system running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and it worked without issue.

This should help people to map mouse buttons 4/5!!!!!!!!!!!! :rockout:

I'll try it when I get home to confirm it working in the game.

:pimp:

Confirmed working.

How exactly does it help? I don't know what you're talking about but I'd certainly like to know.

I want to make the right mouse button AIM and my left thumb button MELEE. How can I do this using the program you provided the link for?

what mouse do you have? Basically you set the a key on your keyboard for melee. Then that program maps the left thumb button on your mouse to that key. So if you map melee to 'g' in the game, and you map the left thumb button on your mouse to 'g' through that program, when you hit the thumb button, you will melee. Get it?
