This patch removes restriction on maximum number of simultaneous NVENC video encoding sessions imposed by Nvidia to consumer-grade GPUs. - keylase/nvidia-patch

It would be awesome, if nvcleanstall could automatically patch driver with this.

Same issue here. I'm using the latest nvidia driver release, which doesn't currently have a nvenc patch, could this be part of the problem?

I have noticed bug: when I select install NVenc patch and Remove telemetry, after this I remove check form "Remove telemetry" NVCleanstall still installs unsigned driver
