[Feature Request]Disable 3D settings (profiles)

Disable 3D settings (profile) without affecting the application. Like deleting all profiles in NVIDIA Profile Inspector including "GLOBAL_DRIVER_PROFILE" which cannot be deleted

Why would you want to do that? The profiles exist to make things run better
