[Feature Request] Disable Multiplane Overlay (MPO)

The solution is to add an OS check and if it's Windows 7, then just gray out or hide the option and not write anything to the registry at all.
That's the plan :)

Just discovered this great program (many thx)
I'm using the latest version 1.16.0, but for me it doesn't matter if I tick the "Disable Multiplane Overlay (MPO)" box or not, after installation it still shows the error message: "Setting Multiplane Overlay status failed" on Windows 7 using the 474.44 driver.

MPO is available in Windows 8 and newer.

I tested MPO again recently and the support seems to have improved a lot. But I didn't really notice any benefits. One issue I still noticed is that sometimes when I alt-tab very quickly, there's a residual ghost image from the previous window, it's like you see two windows at once.

Still disabling it for now.
