Finally upgrading

Guys i am finally going to upgrade my system. Well because in Cyprus stuff are very expensive I am going to get my stuff through the Internet. Maybe off eBay or if you know any other place that ships to Cyprus please tell me so.

I was thinking of getting Sladesurfer's mobo or this

As for a cpu I am probably getting this

If you find a place that sells any of those items cheaper don't be afraid to tell me so.

And finally, I want some advice on the motherboard choice. I will overclock my cpu to 4GHz so I need a good, stable motherboard. I would love if it could do higher than 500 fsb. Also in the future i am going to SLI so that's why I need SLI chipset(propably not tri-sli though). My parents adviced me to buy the 780i as it is newer and propably better. Budget is not a problem here

I'm not sure of any places that ship to Cyprus, but there's a bunch of people here on your side of the pond that can give you some pointers. I'd try to avoid ebay because you might lose your warranty, but other than that it looks good! Good luck!

your European buddys would know alot beter than us Americans, hopefully some will turn up i could do a google search but i dont think i would help much as i cant read the langauge the place you can get them from would use. that sounded snooty but im not trying to be

Ok here is some heads up. I've ordered an e8400 and an ASUS Stirker II Formula 780i. When they both arrived I was amazed by the performance gain(even in stock speeds) versus my overclocked P4. But after a day the pc wouldn't post. I've tried everything but seems that the motherboard just died so I am in the process of RMAing it

Ouch thats shitty i feel ur pain i had that happen to me with a an ati radeon before.... 1 day and had to rma it, i hope you get it back soon.
Only yesterday there was a thread and a few ppl mentioned that there asus MB's had crapped out must be a bad batch or something along those lines.
