I was unable to turn off CSM / turn on secure boot because of the vbios.

This is a fix for RX580 4 GB with part Number [P/N] "288-1e372-000dw"

Hi, firstable did you make sure you have the main disk partitioned as GPT?

every time i turn OFF CSM in bios i get a black screen then the bios rest it self and turns it back on

i tried to flash a different bios with the same subsystem id all what it did is changed the GPU Clock from 1266 to 1340 but still the same problem for CSM and Secure boot occurs

Hello.
Well done. I am glad you did it.
But i have some questions :
You noticed that you changed the card ID and sub ID ?
How you decided to choose the BIOS that you finally flashed in ?

The subsystem id and sub vendor was my two main concerns but after reading a lot of threads here on techpowerup i noticed that some gpus where used for mining or got flashed with a modified BIOS
so i googled the card PN and checked the memory Speed & type ,Vendor ID ,Device ID not the subsystem ID and compared them with the rest of the RX580 BIOS's till i found the most matching one With UFEI Support and i also made sure by reading some other threads on reddit for example and found that there are some people facing same problem with different cards and i got lucky and found a case similar to mine with same part number so that gave me confidence to try the force flash and thankfully it worked i have already disable CSM and enable Secure Boot and installed windows 11.

Well, good job mate!

I noticed on my card the display port next to the hdmi stops working when using the sapphire bios, probably since the bios expects 2 HDMI ports, are there alternative firmwares or ways to modify this bios while keeping secure boot from breaking?

Hello.
Because the BIOS you used was not made for your card, this will be one of the problems.
As far as i know you can't modd the BIOS without altering the secure boot part.
So try to use it as it is now or search another BIOS file for it.
