Hi guys, I was asking myself if it is possible, to take the bios of an Inno3D Frostbite Ultra and flash it on a non-ultra which has a power cap of 450W even though it is reference design and also watercooled.
The ultra Version has no power cap and also a 24+4 powerphase design. The normal design of the reference card are save enough the increase powertarget to 500-550W
Could anyone could tell me, if the BIOS flash may cause failure, or maybe even someone here that tried removing the power cap of the Frostbite standard version via bios flash?
