I am not sure if someone has tried that before but it's what I really need at the moment!

I have only MACPRO 3,1 with open core 0.6.6 and Ventura 13.4

I have the most famous issue nowadays with RX580. So I need to flash it to let it work normally on MACPRO sine it is just allocate 10 MB vram.

The problem is I have only MACPRO machine. So I cant download the GPU-Z or AMDVBFLASH to download the current VBIOS and flash it with a new one.

So what should I do now to make this done successfully? There is any alternative software for mac to do that or probably I can manage that via terminal ?

Appreciate your help!

I think to make this happen, you honestly need to find the appropriate tools. Sorry if that's harsh. I guess you could always try a hardware programmer that supports mac or something.

Portable copy of windows, boot from it

Windows, or a hardware programmer that happens to support mac. Your kind of on your own there though.

The 3,1 has the slots for a secondary drive. Pull your MacOS drive, install Windows to your secondary drive, and flash your card. I stopped short of using Ventura on my 5,1. Monterey seems to work much better, IMO, and I have a stock RX 480. Are you trying to flash the card back to default BIOS? I thought later versions of MacOS didn't like the cards flashed for boot screens.

Please post on one thread only for this problem.:
