I just tried to flash my bios as given in the title and it said that it was a success and i needed to restart my computer. when i restarted my computer nothing came up on the screen. i waited for 10 minutes and switched my pc off then flipped the dual bios switch and it booted. but now i want to fix the dead bios on my gpu
and i guess i'll be done with flashing since im clearly a novice. just wanted that extra performance.

Ok best thing to do is ask @FordGT90Concept @INSTG8R @fullinfusion fullinfusionor @MrGenius for performance increases.

I will need this from you.

How many switch positions are on the card?

By the way the device/subsystem IDs do not match.

Take Pictures of all White Stickers on the back of the card, if there are some on the heatsink post them here too.

By the way get GPU-Z screenshots of the card in each bios position and post them here, label which screenshots of the bios that are working and the one that is not. You can power up with the working bios, flip the switch to the non working bios and restart GPU-Z.

Bios version is off too.

Since you have a working bios already, I want you to save the working bios, watch this video on how to do so.

Ok good.

Next Step, disable your antivirus/antimalware utilities.

Download this version of AMD/ATI Flash tool

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/

Flip your switch to the non working bios.

Open the flash tool with Administrative rights.

Follow directions in the tool, find the file you want to use to flash the card, flash the card.

Let us know.

Boy there has been a rash of these lately. Second guessing if I want to bother with my 56.

Dont mess with it is best suggestion.

I speak with a driver tester on this and they dont suggest it.

If you decide to compare the bios files and find one that matches your card the closest then use a SPI flasher.

i was the one at fault i flashed the wrong bios

Here's instructions.

Ok you saved the working bios correct?

No, Device IDs are different, do not flash another brands bios to that card at all.

Well, I have the Sapphire 56 Pulse and as far as I can tell there isn't a 64 Pulse so it would be a crap shoot finding the right one. I might be able to do it with a power play mod anyway.
