I didnt use throttlestop for a long time and out of sudden a floxif got detected by malwarebytes in ts 951 version idk if its a false. I dont even have ccleaner and everything i download i scan on virustotal and make sure its not a infected file.

Update to ThrottleStop 9.6

Many of the beta versions are not signed so some virus programs throw a fit.

I have updated ts im curious tho why did it detect it as a floxif while i didnt download any malicious files, i didnt even launch the beta version, regedit seems fine nothing set to values as the floxif would be there. Maybe because ive updated win not long ago

I already told you why. The ThrottleStop beta version you were using was not digitally signed. Malwarebytes and some other antivirus programs assume that if a ThrottleStop version is not signed that it probably contains a virus. That is the wrong assumption to make. A version of ThrottleStop with an actual virus has never been released either as a beta release or a final release.

I just ran Virus Total on ThrottleStop 9.6. There were no complaints by any of the nanny software. Even Malwarebytes is happy with the latest official release.
