Yeah but manufacturers like asus,evga,msi, use cheaper and cheaper components every new gen. So the quality is dropping like crazy. Even a reference gtx 1080 and gtx titan x have aluminium vapor chambers. Madness. The more popular a manufacturer is the more they cheat. Yes, nvidia sends better cards to reviewers and youtubers and modified drivers to score higher clocks and fake performance ratings by paying 3dmark to fake it imo.
