Have a long lines tower here, it's inactive, I think only being used as a cell tower or minor comm now. When AT&T was divided into Bells, they became SBC, then Merged with Cingular to recreate AT&T. When SBC was by itself their service was really good for telecom and ATM DSL services, Cingular was as well, after the merge the QOS went to crap and also the Managers over techs treated them like crap.

I know first hand because I did Uverse repair and installs for 1 year and quit, assholes the management are.

Yes, name just about anywhere significant on earth and people have crazy theories about it. We stick to facts here though. I really doubt much nefarious more than the (proven) NSA monitoring goes on in there. Frankly with all the machinery there just isn't any room.
