SWEET why only 42" in the bathroom? you have to have at least like 60". if you're bathroom is huge maybe 100" *drools at the thought*

what would be nice is to have a Wii in there, and get a toothbrush attachment for it so when ur doing ur teath u could be doing some 'strange' thing on the Wii

Listen up guys and read the rules Please

Only post in a FS/FT thread if you are...
1) Bumping the thread. (Once every 24 hours for sellers)
2) Interested in the item and asking a question.
3) Negotiating the price of an item you want to buy. (But this should preferably be done through private messages.)

Don't do these things in FS/FT threads:
1) Argue over whether prices are fair, or...
2) ...say that something else is cheaper elsewhere.
3) Argue with other members.

The problem is that this thread is very dubious to begin with.

agreed, maybe he needs to re-start it with a better business plan:slap:

He's not a business and is no different than the guys doing the vmods, cept he is trying to make system builds ... as the rules state as I have posted it's obvious that they're not being adhered to.. so if you are not

1) Bumping the thread. (Once every 24 hours for sellers)
2) Interested in the item and asking a question.
3) Negotiating the price of an item you want to buy. (But this should preferably be done through private messages.)

Then don't post in the thread ... simple as that ..

No problem, had to wait for someone to post anyway so I can post this update:

As soon as I can, I will be expanding the range into laptops and servers. It all depends how it goes with desktops. I also have a site in the works. And, I have decided, that a percentage of money made from these systems and parts I sell, will go to charity.

Another update for you all. As I've been seraching the Internet, waiting to make about £200 just so I can start building my own system, due to my personal one being destroyed (never again will I try to run without CPU cooling...), I've found new suppliers for parts. So, over the next few days, I'm going to be recalculating all prices, just for fun. Also, for research, I need to know how many of you regularly use laptops and/or servers. This'll help me build products. Thanks for your help.

when he asked that question, did he mean he's going to buy barebones and add components? and if he does do that, i hope his laptops at least have a x1400, prefably a x1600 (dell needs a 15.4" that has that has a 7600 or x1600)

Well, depending on what I can buy really. If I can get x1600 for it great. If not, I'll go for a GoForce 7300 or something. Probably about 2GB RAM, I dunno yet. I need to see if I can actually get the parts first.

ok, but you're going to have a hard time selling low end, or high end laptops. low end and high end are dominated by manufatures and they can either a) give a better price (low end) or b) have a better vid card (high end) so the only thing that i could see you can sell is a mainstream laptop with a decent vid card (7600, x1600, maybe x1400 and 7300 but i doubt the last two)

OK, I can't do laptops right now. But I can tell you that for an AMD 4x4 system, prices start at £900 estimate, I'm working on systems soon.

You need to get all your research done. This place will pick you apart at the rate you're going. Post your system spec's...I'm curious to see what mr Ben Clarke is running himself, since he seems so intent on selling PC Enthusiasts OC'd performance PC's...what kind of experience does he have? How successful has he been? How long has he been doing it? It seems you're better at advertising your failure rate than your success rate...better change that for your own good. ATM I wouldn't even consider paying you more to build the same PC for less by myself.

I hope you read and listened to my post in your Extreme OC Thread there Ben Clarke. It's for your own good to understand and use some common sense before you go too far and end up in court...but at the rate you're going you may not even have to worry about it as you have no customer base, and definately not me as a customer.

Show us what YOU CAN DO before you try to sell us what you HAVEN'T DONE!

dang, you sound like you know what you're doing. i got a question for you, if you're just going around the neighborhood and doing computer services (fixing things, setting up networks, installing os, etc) would you think about before you start?
