Come on, this is a Venice core with a 12x multiplier! $60 is a steal for the mad OC potential that can be unlocked with the right board and some talent...

thats just a slight upgrade from mine. Whats the stock clock speed?

The stock clock speed of a S939 Venice core 3800+ is 2.4Ghz

dude, its cheaper on newegg

By three whole dollars, big whoop, and it doesn't even come with a heatsink :p.

Not being mean, but yours is used so id just buy the new one and use my heatsink.

Ah crap, I was about to edit and say that after I took a look at the original post. Yeah, yours is definitely the better deal, especialy when it comes with a nice Arctic Cooling HSF!

Not being mean, but yours is used so id just buy the new one and use my heatsink.

Why not just buy Zek's!?! That way you get a good, known working CPU from a cool guy and you get basicaly a free Arctic Cooling HSF on top of it! No need to use a stock generic HSF if you can help it.

:banghead: Then I should consider dividing the two up.

I know you're not buying this anytime soon, so I can trust ya for a fair opinion.

If you blew up your 3500, would you take my 3800 CPU by itself for $45 shipped?

On the other hand, if your CPU heatsink stopped working and you somehow wanted to buy mine, would $15 shipped sound fair?

That would still get me to $60 shipped total :).

If I do want to do an upgrade, 45 for the proc shipped is awesome =D

I wouldnt use a stock HSF, i got a blue orb.

OIC!

Anyhow, Just thought I'd pop in here and help out! I still think Zek's offer is quite fair, especialy when you consider that it's only 3 dollars more than the one @ newegg and you get a nice HSF to go with it. One can never have enough good quality coolers! :D

So that would be a "yes" on the parting thing?

939 is dead!

i'm evil i know

Alright, it's official, I'm splitting the CPU and HSF.

You can have the A64 for $45 shipped to your front door in the continental USA.

You can have the AC Silencer 64 for $15 shipped to your front door in the continental USA.

there ya go Zek:D

Fox34, look, this thread just appeared in your UserCP again .
