G.Skill Trident Lighting Control High CPU usage

Just a heads up

I noticed my 5950x was at 74c at start-up. After stopping this process my temps dropped to 50c.

I recommend anyone else using this stops the process after the memory RGB has been set by the program.

Stopping the process doesnt seem to effect the RGB colour mode chosen.:toast:

Pretty sure, if you look, the G.Skill app for RGB has had issues for a while now.

As said in the OP, once changed, it is set to the memory until changed. The app only needs to be used long enough to set the color, or when possible, use whatever sync suite the motherboard offers instead. I know, I know, the G.Skill app has more color options.

In my use, I installed it, changed the colors, then uninstalled it after. Sort of a PITA, but I dont tinker with the RGB much.
